- Specialty Tape
While not athletic tape strictly, there are several varieties of tape that are closely associated with athletics - such as Leukotape which is rigid and extremely adhesive. Often times Leukotape is used in combination with Cover-Roll for some physical therapy taping techniques. Also various brands of Kinesiology can be considered a specialty tape and remain and important part of nearly any athletic trainer's bag. Miotech carries brands like Andover, BSN, Hartmann, Performance Health, Strength tape and others.
