Each kit contains the following:

• 16 rolls of MIO-GUARD 1 1/2" x 15 yard Rigid White Athletic Tape
• 4 rolls of Mueller Black Prewrap
• 4 rolls of Mueller White Lightweight Adhesive Stretch Tape
• 1 Klever Kutter (for removing taping applications)
• 1 Lister 7.5" Bandage Scissor 
• 20 Heel & Lace Pads
• 1 tube of 3.75 oz Petroleum Jelly
