Customer Service / Quality Pledge
At MioTech Sports Medicine Supplies, we are committed to providing our customers with high quality products at competitive prices. As a result, we have priced our products with school budgets in mind. Your satisfaction is very important to us and we will strive to provide you with excellent service.
Quotes / Estimates
Miotech will make every effort to provide fast service on all bid requests (one week turn-around or less). Bid requests can submitted via fax at (616) 897-5361 or e-mailed to quotes@miotech.net
Shipping & Handling All shipping charges and risk of loss are F.O.B. Seller’s plant and are the responsibility of the purchaser. All related shipping and handling charges will be added to the customer invoice. Express delivery service (Next Day FedEx and 2nd Day FedEx) is available. Please call for a quote.
Pricing Policy
Every effort will be made to maintain the pricing noted in the catalog for the duration of the catalog. Price changes will be made only in the case of severe increases from our suppliers or events out of our control. As a result, prices are subject to change without notice.
Return Policy
All returned products must be un-opened and in resalable condition. 100% product credit will be given from 0-30 days from invoice. Any returns between 31-60 days from invoice date will be subject to a 15% re-stocking fee. No returns will be accepted 60 or more days from invoice date. No refunds will be given for shipping costs unless the reason for return is an error on the part of Miotech or due to a defective product. Original shipping charges will not be refunded and shipping charges back to Miotech will be the responsibility of the customer unless the return is a result of an error on the part of Miotech or due to a defective product. A credit will be issued to the account or credit card only after Miotech receives the product back and inspects it. All returns must have a Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) number which can be obtained by calling during normal business hours. Due to health reasons MioTech cannot accept returns of hygiene or eating and drinking products. Miotech cannot accept returns of computer software, videos or books that have been opened or removed from original packaging. Miotech cannot accept returns of special order items or discontinued items. Shortages or errors in shipments must be reported within 7 days of invoice date to issue credit (if applicable). Opened and used equipment may not be returned for credit
